There are certain types of behaviour for which the student may automatically incur a detention or suspension or even dismissal at the discretion of the principal.
Certain objectionable behaviors are the following:
- Cheating in an examination.
- Rudeness to staff members or use of nicknames when referring to them.
- Writing on or deliberately spoiling furniture, walls, equipments or school books and magazines.
- ‘’Bunking of classes’’
- Using obscene, vulgar or abusive language or acting in an indecent manner and bringing of indecent books, magazines, videos, CDs and tapes to the school.
- Making discriminatory remarks on the basis of casts, creed, color, gender, finance or religion.
- Being absent from the school without permission of the principal.
- Lack of co-operational in the school.
- Stealing or any form of dishonesty.
- Violence in any form, such as bodily harming or injuring anyone on the school premises.
- The bringing of fire-crackers, explosive, knives or dangerous weapons to the school.
- The wearing and the use of following articles: Nose studs, bangles, finger rings, fancy watches, ornate ear rings, nail and toe polish, and the use of mehendi on any part of the body.
- Bringing of cellular/mobile phones to the school.
- When coming to or returning from school, going to places undisclosed to parents or guardians (incurring instant dismissal).
THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN TRAINING THEIR CHILDRENS IN THE MORAL AND SPRITUAL VALUES WHICH SCHOOL TRIES TO FOSTER.
